A walk from town, around  Brogyntyn and Llanforda Estate using  some of the gates and paths improved by  local P3 group workers. Seven miles, but a five mile option.

Walk up Bodbury Hill, through the alleys of Church Stretton, around Hazler Hill and the Gaer Stone to Cwms Valley. Low level route back to All Stretton.

Longden Common to Bridges. Depart from Shrewsbury bus station (stand L) on Arriva 546 Pulverbatch bus at 10:05. Return will be on a 15:40 Shuttle bus to Pontesbury and then on a Minsterley Motors 553 to arrive in Shrewsbury at 16:40
